If you instruct your solicitor online or without a prior face to face meeting, you can cancel and receive a full refund of any money you have paid to Homeward Legal for the No-Completion, No Fee aspect of your transaction. Any money paid for third party costs and incurred by the solicitor on your behalf, e.g. searches, will not be refunded if they required payment prior to your cancellation request. Any unspent money paid towards disbursements will be refunded to you.
You also have the option to transfer the money paid for the No-Completion, No Fee aspect to your next conveyancing transaction with the same solicitor (e.g. when you purchase a different property).
Once you instruct, your allocated solicitor will call you as soon as possible, explain the next steps in the process and send you a client care pack.
