- Promotions are only valid for clients who instruct a solicitor or book a survey through Homeward Legal or in some cases a sister company
- Promotions entitle you, either at the time of enquiry, instructing a solicitor or through follow-up contact, to a saving on a conveyancing instruction or survey booking
- Homeward Legal reserves the right to decline to apply a saving where, in its opinion, the promotional code is invalid for the instruction or booking being placed
- Only one promotional code may be used per instruction or booking
- Promotional codes are only valid on specific services and may be withdrawn at any time
- Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on already discounted services. Any bundled offers will be advertised with a single promotional code
- Homeward Legal reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Offers may be applied only at Homeward Legal's discretion
