Background...

Having graduated from university in September 2014, with a BA Honours degree in Business and Management, Joshua joined Homeward Legal as one of our advisors. Since then, he's progressed through various positions, from Team Leader to Operations Manager, before taking on his current role as Head of Operations. 

Skills...

With such varied experience, coupled with skills developed through his education, Joshua has the ability to develop frontline and background projects, systems and training that help ensure our customers receive the best, and most efficient, service possible. 

Joshua's role...

Responsible for the customer journey, and the training of Homeward Legal's friendly, expert advisors, Joshua is at the forefront of our customer experience. Day-to-day, he helps to solve complex customer queries, while working with the leadership team to constantly improve our services and systems. 

Additionally, Joshua builds, oversees and manages relations with our partnered law firms, while he's also involved in background development of pricing models, structures and CRM. 

Outside the office...

Although he's still a Norfolk boy at heart, Joshua now lives in London - perfect for indulging his love for music, concerts and festivals. A bit of a jet-setter, Joshua travels as much as he can - France, Spain, Italy, Mexico and Thailand are just a few of the destinations ticked off the 'must-visit' list so far - although he's just as happy at home playing computer games when time allows!
